Live Well, Work Well August Newsletter

Our health and well-being newsletter explores the concerns of many Britons who wonder what the future might hold by leaving the EU.

Some have compared the situation to a divorce, in which UK citizens are stuck between two parents who decided to go separate ways. The result is fear of the unknown.

If you’re feeling the same way, you’re not alone. The question of how to live with the new reality does not have a straightforward answer. Mourning the loss of what you didn’t realise you had, even if you planned for it, involves a complex process in which the mind gradually begins to accept the situation and look toward the future—whatever it may hold.
