Chris Watson’s Charity Challenge

As part of GS Group’s fundraising efforts for Seamab’s new school, Chris Watson, is carrying out an 100 Hole Golf Challenge!

Seamab cares for and educates some of the most vulnerable children from across Scotland. For children that come to Seamab it can feel like the world has given up on them. Together we can help them belong in a world that cares. The architects have worked closely with the children and staff at Seamab to make sure that the new building will meet all of their needs and expectations. They hope to break ground on the project at the end of the summer 2023 and move into the new building in 2025.

We, at GS Group, are aiming to help them raise the funds to cover the project costs through various fundraising efforts and events throughout the year.

Chris is undertaking the gruelling challenge of 100 holes in one day with the support of Craigie Hill Golf Club in Perth. The first round of the challenge will begin at 4:30am on Tuesday 27th June 2023, with the aim of sinking his final putt at around 9pm.

This is an amazing effort from Chris and we can’t wait to see how he gets on! If you would like to donate to support him, head to the link here.

Chris’ efforts are in addition to some of GS Group’s fundraising plan which has included a Bake Sale and a Family Fun Day planned on Saturday 1st July. You can read more about our fundraising events here.

Good luck Chris!
