As a result of continued  growth George Stubbs Financial Services has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Administrator to work in our Financial Services Admin Team in our Perth Office.

The role includes:-


  • Processing New Business Applications
  • Working with a Variety of Investment Platforms
  • Producing Recommendation reports for Advisers
  • Liaising with Providers for Information and New Business
  • Providing a service to existing clients
  • Saving information on the Xplan back office system.

This is a full time permanent position. Working conditions are excellent and the remuneration package very competitive.  Whilst experience would be an advantage we are prepared to consider an applicant who has experience working in a fast moving office environment.
