Last week some of the SMT at GS Group volunteered for a day at The Glendrick Roost Animal Sanctuary to help with the animals and to lay a new path within the chicken enclosure.  The Sanctuary have a real mix of animals (over 160), including: donkeys, Shetland ponies, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, guinea pigs, chinchillas, tortoises, bearded dragons, a snake and dogs. Each animal has been rescued and you can read about their stories on Glendrick Sanctuary’s website.

The sanctuary is 100% funded by charitable donations and rely on volunteers to work with them.  We allow and encourage our staff to use their two charity days to support their preferred charity and this day seemed like a success for our animal loving members.
