As always we work to keep you updated on all developments in the Business Interruption Insurance Test Case currently before the Supreme Court and attach the latest updates from the FCA.

The Supreme Court appeal hearing has now ended and the Justices have said they would do what they could to provide judgement as quickly as possible but could not comment on whether that would be before Christmas or in January. We will keep you informed as and when that judgement is handed down.
