In episode 3, the teams are sent to Fuller’s Brewery where their risk management knowledge is put to the test:

“During the task, each team is given a tour around the iconic brewery. They’re asked to keep an eye out for examples of the positive measures Fuller’s have put in place to mitigate against risks posed to the business and its people. After pulling together all their findings, they present back to our risk management experts. So which team will produce the most convincing presentation and win the challenge?”

In episode 4, the candidates go it alone to try to create and sell the ultimate marketing plan for Real Estate:

“Having each been given a a specific area of our Read Estate proposition to focus on, the candidates had just 10 minutes to wow our Head of Real Estate, Ryan Birbeck and Marketing Director, Alasdair Stewart. The key to successfully completing the task was being able to demonstrate that they not only understood the proposition but had a winning formula for how best to market it to customers.”

In episode 5, the candidates face one to one interviews with Brendan McCafferty, where he will try to get under the skin of why they think they should win Broker Apprentice 2017.

“After interviewing each candidate, Brendan will then deliberate with the judges from across the series to determine who will win this year’s Broker Apprentice. The winning candidate will not only get the recognition of winning the competition, they will also secure a place on AXA’s Broker Future management and leadership training programme. They will have the opportunity to receive the training from an executive trainer and network with some of the brightest emerging broker talent.”
